At Otzar Goods, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Because we partner with a curated network of suppliers to bring you the best goods, shipping times and methods may vary by product.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the supplier and your location. As a general guide:
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically or via a discount code.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update with the carrier. If you have trouble tracking your order, contact us at support@otzargoods.com.
Multiple Shipments
Because we source from multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time but may be offered in the future.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@otzargoods.com and we will investigate with the carrier or supplier on your behalf.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@otzargoods.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
